Followings are the occupational etiquette introduced by our Shanghai Security Company; hope they could be helpful to the security guards for self-discipline and to the households that needs security services for measuring the working quality of security guards, at the same time, to remind the customers that right choices of security services must be considered.
Occupational etiquette that the security guards of Shanghai Security Company shall possess:
I. Must wear security uniform and security guard’s sign according to regulations while working; comply with rules and regulations within the property unit while in service, not inquire and spread the private life of households arbitrarily, and can’t use household’s articles or accept gifts from them optionally without permission.
II. In respect of words and deeds, normative occupational language must be adopted, and certainly, occupational etiquette vary according to different security posts. Entrance guards should come to position on time and shift work after handing over and taking over, ensure neat personal appearance, clean gate surrounding environment and pay attention to observe people pass in and out; and patrolling guards shall politely dissuade and stop households when they were found violating relevant conventions while using or decorating the property.
